Just demolished an outhouse and need rendering for a feature wall. The size is 2000mm wide x 3000mm high. The corner on the right will need a deeper fill and will most likely return around 100mm on the right hand side wall. Render just the minimum thickness required and a cement colour finish is adequate. Not too sure of tge cost, hence I've put a minimum of $10.00

Render work needed infront of the garage

I have a set of fleximount shelving that needs to be installed inside the garage. The garage walls are brick. The mounts need to be drilled into brick and not the mortar. Ive given up trying to get the holes to line up straight. There are approx 48 holes to drill.

The mirror uses a French cleat hanging system (wall cleat + mirror cleat). Rendering patch up under neath balcony to prep for painting. Repair x 1 tile on edge of balcony.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone. Need crack in render repaired and sealed properly to prevent water entry. Need the repair to match rest of the wall so it’s not obvious.
