This stage involves rendering and painting approximately 150 square metres of internal brick walls spread across two floors, each with a maximum wall height of 3 metres, to achieve a clean, modern white finish with smooth rendering. ⸻ Scope of Works: • Smooth rendering of exposed internal brick walls (~150 m² total across 2 floors) • Priming and two coats of white paint following rendering • All work is indoors, with clear and level access – no scaffolding or ladders required • Site is ready to begin immediately, and work must be completed by 28 May 2025 • A high level of cleanliness, care, and professionalism is required, as this is a sacred and well-used space ⸻ Budget: We are offering a budget of up to $5000, inclusive of labour and materials. We will compare quotes received, relevant experience, and turnaround times. ⸻ Next Phases: This is Phase 1 of a 4-phase renovation.
