My wife and I are having renovations done and need assistance moving boxes and furniture. Unfortunately, my wife fractured her foot on Monday so has unexpectedly become unable to help as much as planned. The job is in three parts: Part 1 We have rented a storage unit in Welshpool (approx 7KM away) and need the contents of our double garage moved to that unit. The things to be moved are mostly already in boxes or plastic crates. The storage unit is 3M x 6M and we expect to nearly fill it. Part 2 We have a second hand double glass sliding door that needs transporting from about 1.5km away. It is in three parts, the door and fixed glass panel which are each about 90 - 100 cm wide and the frame which is about 180 x 220cm. Frame is light weight, but doors need two people. Part 3 The third part is to box things and move them out of our kitchen, small dining room and laundry into the now (mostly) empty garage. This includes the following large items: Dishwasher Washing machine Clothes dryer Upright freezer Heavy sideboard. (Will need two people to move this) The fridge we need moving to another room in the house (which will be our temporary kitchen). We also have a dinner service and other items of tableware that will need packing before being moved to the garage. Timeline: Renovations start on Tuesday so we will need this all done before then.
