We recently had an airtasker change the washers in our apartment shower to stop the shower from dripping. Unfortunately the hot water tap was not fixed properly and it needs to be turned many many times to get any water to come out.

I have had persistent issues with my bathroom taps leaking for the the basin and the shower. 1.) The water pressure through my kitchen sink is weak. 2.) The hot water tap switch under the sink (image) leaks after use - It doesn't leak during usage, but a few hours after? I will be home this day to liaise with the building manager to turn off the water when required.

I’ve got a new all directional shower head and need the old one replaced.

We’re experiencing an issue with the hot water in both of our showers. We have to turn on another hot water tap (like the basin) for the shower to start producing hot water. However, today even that method didn’t work — no hot water came through the shower. We then tried turning on the cold water in the kitchen, and the shower suddenly became extremely hot. Building manager has inspected the issue and suspects the tempering valve needs to be replaced. And suggested a tempering valve (Photo 1) We’re looking for a licensed plumber to confirm the diagnosis and provide a quote to replace the tempering valve (or fix any related issue like pressure imbalance). I need to change the wash basin and vanity in my 2 bathrooms to new ones that I will buy from IKEA. I need a plumber who can remove the existing units and install the new ones. 2 sets in total, 1 for each bathroom. Obviously, the plumbing underneath will need to be reconfigured as well. However, I will prebuild the new set e.g. drawers, etc, so plumber just has to install everything when here.

The water comes out quite luke warm from all the showers. Tempering Valve need replacement was replaced more than 5 years ago.
