We have a water container at the property that supplies rainwater throughout the house. The current system just needs to be replaced so it’s operational again. There’s also a leaking water outlet in the laundry that we’d like to have checked and repaired. It might just be a simple fix—possibly turning off the water and replacing the faucet or outlet. Rolling Door (Kitchen) Maintenance: The rolling door is stiff to open and close. Needs to be lubricated/greased so it moves freely. Fluoro Light Replacement: One of the fluorescent lights in a room keeps flickering. Please remove and replace it with a new one (I can provide the replacement if needed). Bathroom Tap Dripping: Older tap that’s started dripping. Most likely needs washers replaced. Kitchen Tap Replacement: See pic attached. The current kitchen tap is too low. The handles are fine. We have a tap in our back room. It has a constant drip, sprays water from the water nozzle when moved. The cold water has now stopped working just at this tap only too.

my sink has always been 'slow' to drain since 2020 when i moved in - a plumber unblocked it a week ago - but it only lasted 2 days and became 'slow' again - but now it doesn't drain at all and i have to empty it with a bucket.
