We have an outdoor garden/hose tap near the pool pump that is leaking heavily. The tap is turned off, but water is still bursting/leaking from around the tap and connector area. The main water supply has been turned off to prevent further leaking. We need a licensed plumber to inspect and repair the issue as soon as possible. we have gutted out a bathroom. We need vanity and bath to be changed to a mixer tap. We need shower the be changed to a mixer tap. Atm we have 2 showers plumbed in so not sure whether keeping 2 or just having the one. Also need a form 4 signed off. Also one or 2 shower heads. We will of course supply the taps, shower rose etc

I moved kitchen place and sync need to connect drainage and water pipes for two kitchenettes in different places of the house, a bathroom/laundry and a toilet. I have already bought the pipes and t connections, budget is for service only

The kitchen sink has been making bubbling, gurgling sounds for a few days. Now the bottom of the dishwasher is filling up and leaking, but then the dishwasher started flashing on the power and start buttons at the same time and beeping then draining itself.

One of the shower drains in our upstairs bathroom/shower area seems to be leaking, as we have noticed water marks and mold damage in the laundry room downstairs(refer to the attached pictures).
