One of the shower drains in our upstairs bathroom/shower area seems to be leaking, as we have noticed water marks and mold damage in the laundry room downstairs(refer to the attached pictures). We need an experienced professional to address the leak. Additionally, we are looking for someone to replace the current toilet suite with a new one (the new toilet suite will be supplied). Please also take a look at the existing toilet suite and the replacement model.The price mentioned is for quote only and final price can be adjusted/discussed further
