I have a house in rosebud where I have just replaced the gutters about 2 months ago. The drainage to the storm water is blocked and water is building up during heavy rainfall where the Dow pipes run from a few gutters. I’m not sure if the water runs to actual storm water drainage or a pit but would like to get this fixed if possible..
