It needs a new shower and base and more support under the floor to stop it flexing and moving about maybe a new drainpipe . Re grout and seal.

Need someone to attend a property and inspect/repair the hot water system as the tenant currently has no hot water. The tenant has checked the system and confirmed there is water in the unit, but it is not producing hot water. System appears to be a Vulcan 250L electric hot water unit. Photos of the unit and compliance/spec label are attached.

Hello. The hand held shower head (in blue) has broken, the button has come odd. The clip that allows it to clamp as it slides up and down the pole (in red) has also broken, the rubber seal has come off. I'm looking for a licensed plumber that can supply and replace both please. Hopefully I won't need to replace anything else. I would prefer a half decent brand over the cheaper bunnings brand if possible, so I would be keen to please know the realistic price for that as well.
