I need the laundry mixer tap removed and replaced with another mixer tap I have purchased. Very straight forward.

Shower size - 1.2 m x 0.75 m (Image attached) Replace existing terrazzo floor with tiles,install puddle flange, tiling the walls - 3 walls - 1 wall - 2mx1.2m, 2nd wall - 2mx0.75m, 3rd wall - 0.75mx 0.60m, waterproofing wall and floor, supply and install mixer tap, install new head pipe, supply and install shower head and shower screen (approximately 1.4mx 0.75m)

I have wash basin with individual taps and I got mixer tab so need to place it and also shower head and taps has to be replaced with new one. I do have the parts to replace. Was about to do myself but thought to get it done by approved plumber.

Mixer gooseneck kitchen tap has been leaking. New washer put in still the same. Suspect the cause is inside the tap. In-wall toilet cistern with wall-mounted dual-flush buttons. Problem: Toilet continues to run after flushing and sometimes won’t stop filling unless the flush buttons are re-pressed (multiple times). Flush is also weak and often requires pressing both half and full flush buttons. Likely issue with flush valve reseating or actuator/button adjustment inside concealed cistern. Access available via flush plate opening. No wall removal required.

I have been away and had someone house sitting. Seems they used the downstairs toilet once and then left it for months, need it unblocked and back in working order as it was before I left

Blocked toilet – not flushing properly. The toilet is currently blocked and not flushing properly. This issue had occurred previously, which led to the old toilet being removed and a new one installed. I’m unsure why the problem has happened again and need someone to inspect and fix the blockage.
