The shower head is leaking and the tap(cold water) needs to be tightened hard for it to stop from leaking. I am guessing the issues is with the washer inside. Otherwise taps are working well. - Due date: Flexible

Unblocking needed for a toilet this Saturday / weekend. Located in Beulah park. 1. Have tried unblocking gel. Have tried to use plunger to no effect. 2. On flushing, water seeps out around base of toilet (where concrete is). 3. On flushing, waste water drains very slowly. We believe it's localised to the toilet ubend itself, or slightly lower - as the floor drain is draining. The shower is also draining.
