Its a townhouse. On ground floor laundry space I want to install a toilet. There is no existing toilet currently. In the strata complex another unit has done this so it is feasible. Happy to supply the toilet if you can guide me the requirements.

Please see pics for sketch of work required I’m not looking to redo the pipe work in the wall, only the under sink plumbing would need doing. All PVC. I’m basically looking to turn this into a dog wash station so I’d like to keep the taps where they are and run a shower type fitting so that the reach is there for the sink. I’d also need the cabinetry and countertop done.

Scope of Work: 1. Connect 1/2" copper water supply to a Geberit Sigma 8 concealed cistern. 2. Supply and pre-install DWV PVC standard pan collar. The cistern frame is already installed, levelled, and positioned. This task is for rough-in work only (water + waste connections). The same plumber will be invited back for final fit-off of the toilet pan (separate job/fee). Must provide a plumbing compliance certificate suitable for strata upon completion.

This is a two‑storey house. When I use the vanity in the ensuite of Bedroom 1, water floods onto the floor, which means the drainage pipe is blocked. It may be connected to one of the U‑pipes in the garage. You will need the proper tools to fix this. I need urgent assistance on Sunday or Monday morning, please.

6 simple jobs for a plumber - we already have bought the new taps, kitchen sink mixer, spouts, shower head with hose and cistern. We just need a plumber to replace the existing: 1) Replace kitchen sink mixer with new one we’ve bought 2) Replace downstairs bathroom taps (2 taps) with new ones 3) Replace upstairs bathroom sink - 2 taps and spout 4) Replace upstairs bathtub - 2 wall taps and spout 5) Upstairs bathroom shower - replace 2 wall taps and shower head and hose 6) Replace old cistern with another cistern we already have. As mentioned, no need to provide the new taps/spouts/kitchen sink mixer, cistern, shower head and hose, we have all those already. We just need you to remove old fixtures and replace with the new ones.
