I need a licensed plumber (and electrician if required) to relocate an existing electric hot water tank. The tank is currently installed on top of a cupboard and needs to be moved down to floor level because I’m installing new cabinetry and the existing cupboard will be removed. Scope of work: • Disconnect existing electric hot water tank • Safely relocate unit from top of cupboard to floor level directly below (or nearby, depending on best setup) • Reconnect plumbing and electrical as required • Ensure installation is safe, compliant, and fully working • Advise if any additional parts or upgrades are required

Sink & dish washer installation.

A concrete pour is going on a slab under the hot water tank so need it disconnected and then reconnected in 4 days. Water and gas line see pics. Payment will be released on reconnection so this is not a seperate job. One job, disconnect then come back and reconnect. It will be higher when reconnected due to height concrete slab will add which will be about 100mm to 150mm give or take. Please include material in your price which should not be much.

We were able to replace the cold water tap on the bathroom basin without any issues or leaks. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same luck with the hot water tap. The cover and spindle is stuck and when we tried to loosen it, the hot water pipe underneath started leaking. We already have the replacement tap set - we just need a plumber to remove the stuck hot water tap and fix the leak. If weekday labour rates are cheaper, we’d be happy to book it then. Hot water pipe under bathroom sink suddenly started leaking last night. Hot water turned off at hot water heater stopped leak. Need fix + quote for bathroom renovation

Unplug sink blockage and connect (a) hot water to washing machine; and (b) dryer drainage water to the plumbing pipes (versus dryer water tray).

Need trade person ( licensed ) for hot water system to check Piolet is turning on but readily switches off when burner is being lit.

There is a leak from the pipe to my tank system.

Hi, I need someone to safely disconnect a salon hair wash basin. The cold water is already shut off, but the hot water won’t fully turn off, so I need someone who knows plumbing to shut it off properly and disconnect everything safely. What I need done: • Turn off hot + cold water fully • Disconnect the basin hoses • Cap both water pipes so there are no leaks • Seal/cap the drain pipe so no smells or water come through • Make sure everything is left safe and dry after removal Should be a quick job for a plumber or experienced handyman. Swap out hot water system to new electrics system (sparky will do hookup separately) install new shower head and tap handles. I have three phase power. New water heater going in exact same spot.
