Key Requirements & Constraints: Unit Type: 135L Gas Storage Tank (Replacement). Brand: Any reputable brand is fine (e.g., Rheem, Vulcan, Dux). Location: Outdoor installation. Gas Pipe Constraint (Critical): The existing gas supply line is 15mm and cannot be upgraded. Please ensure the unit you recommend/install is compatible with a 15mm gas line (must not require a 20mm connection). Disposal: NOT required. I want to keep the old unit on-site, so you do not need to take it away. Your Quote Should Include: Supply and installation of a new 135L unit (or let me know if you want me to supply it). I am doing my kitchen and need to disconnect/re--commect copper water pipes to fit base cabinet. If we organise the day I can cut pipes and fit cabinet so will just need to reconnect. Hot water pipe under bathroom sink suddenly started leaking last night. Hot water turned off at hot water heater stopped leak. Need fix + quote for bathroom renovation

Unplug sink blockage and connect (a) hot water to washing machine; and (b) dryer drainage water to the plumbing pipes (versus dryer water tray).

Need trade person ( licensed ) for hot water system to check Piolet is turning on but readily switches off when burner is being lit.
