Need plumber to adjust the 50mm PVC pipe slightly back towards the wall (maybe 5cm), so that the drawers can close properly. Plumb mixer tap and vanity waste. I can do the final securing of the sink and I will do silicon all around. Can only do Monday (9 February) onwards, after tiling is done. Mixer tap and sink waste supplied as shown in photos.

I am renovating the ensuite. Demolition of the tiles to concrete level and villaboard will be completed this week. Two jobs required. Extend tap to desired location and install against house as pictured. This tap runs straight off the mains. Supply and install surface water pit and join it to existing storm water pipe. The current location is not desired as there will be a garden bed in that location. Please note my storm water pipes are charged so I’m unsure if this surface pit in my front yard will be sufficient. To save on cost I can dig the holes and trench. I’m just after a plumber to do the technical stuff.

replace on old laundry basin with a new basin onsite in box and plumb it into existing drainage, and fix leaking tap for that basin. need to fix /replace hot water tap handle. also check and fix hot and cold water outlet leading to dishwasher for dripping. old basin can be demolished and left in wheelie bin

Water is leaking from the outside water main. Council have advised that the issue is on the property side and has something to do with a Nipple/Valve.
