Renovating my ensuite & laundry and I need to shift 3 x hot/cold/drain services to suit the new layout. - The vanity services only needs to move at the most 500mm. - The shower services will need to move about 1000mm. - The laundry services will need to move about 1000mm. I just need the services roughed in to their new locations so it's ready for sheeting/waterproofing/tiling. The house is an old Queenslander with modernised PVC drains & 1/2" copper tubing throughout. Easy access as it is full height under the house and the plumbing is all exposed.

Hoping to get assistance from a Plumber to help stop hammering pipes in a two story Queenslander (rental property). The hammering seems to be triggered by the tap in the granny flat downstairs. It's a tenanted rental property so that's about the extent of what I know. Looking for a licensed and insured plumber to diagnose and stop the hammering. Water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms have dropped significantly. I have noticed though if I left the property for a for a few weeks to go on a holiday or so and come back, the water pressure is back to normal for a couple of weeks and then drops back significantly again. I need a downpipe redirected to stormwater about 10 metres to the gutter. The current downpipe goes under the slab and leaks. Heavy rain has caused erosion under the slab. I want to redirect the current downpipe so it doesn’t go under the slab and connect out to the roadside gutter 10 metres away. Council water does run along that side of the house. I would like someone to connect up a second adapta kerb onto my storwater pipes heading out to the street. The actual kerb will need to be cut with a concrete cutter, a small channel will need to be dug to hook up with existing down pipe (less than 1 meter) and then all needs to be connected. The pipe seems to be leaking behind the actual tap and is trickling out through the cladding. It could be a tricky fix but I’m happy for the cladding to be cut away if needed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 21 September 2022
