A leaking pipe needs to be replaced. The pipe is in conduit under slab in 15m length. It is a hot water pipe run.

Face of toilet flusher has come off, the plumbing is behind a wall.

Retic pipe leaking at joint. Also at different area spray pipe needs cutting and rejoining and new sprayer put in.

Need old mixer tap removed and new one fitted. Have tap ready to go. When I tried to close my kitchen tap below my kitchen sink, the seal seems to have eroded and it is dripping now. Might need some sealant around the top of the tap too?
