Need a licensed plumber/drainer ASAP — suspected blocked sewer line between house and septic tank I believe I have a partial blockage in the sewer drain line between the house and the septic (blackwater) tank inlet. Symptoms: when I flush a toilet or run multiple fixtures, wastewater backs up and surcharges out of the overflow relief gully (pictured). A single tap drains slowly but holds; any higher flow rises and overflows at the gully. I've located an inspection opening at the tank inlet. When I run water into the relief gully, I see no corresponding flow or movement arriving at the tank inlet — suggesting the restriction is in the line between the two. The run between the relief gully and the tank is short, as shown in the photos. The disposal field and downstream tanks drain normally, so I don't believe the issue is downstream. Looking for someone who can clear the blockage (drain rods/water jetter) and ideally CCTV the line to confirm the cause and that it's clear. Septic tank pump-out may also be required. price can be discussed

We have been handed a quote claiming that a brand-new double-pole isolator needs to be wired into an adjacent cupboard and gas pipework completely reconfigured. Because this is a recent renovation, standard isolation switches and proper gas lines should already be present. Hello. The hand held shower head (in blue) has broken, the button has come odd. The clip that allows it to clamp as it slides up and down the pole (in red) has also broken, the rubber seal has come off. I'm looking for a licensed plumber that can supply and replace both please. Replace kitchen sink and new mixer tap.New S trap etc. The new sink is 10 centimetres deeper and a tap and fitting will need to be moved to fit the new sonk. In the pics I have useds a measuring tape so you can see roughly where the new sink will go. Thanks so much.

The cold tap on the bathroom sink leaks if close too hard. Does not leaks constantly.
