I broke my hot water tap in the shower today trying to turn it off too tightly. I have bought a replacement set of taps (see photos). But also happy for a quote including tapware and parts you may already have. Looking for someone to install the new taps for hot and cold. I have tomorrow off Tuesday 14th June and would appreciate if it could be done on Tuesday. But I also have a funeral at 130pm to attend.

The top hinge on the door under the stairs has pulled off and needs to be replaced (not just screwed back in). I have bought the hinge (bought 2, it's quite a heavy door) but dont have an appropriate drill. Labour only, materials provided: I am looking for a plumber/handyman to install a laminate bench top on top of an existing cabinet carcass. I am also looking for them to cut a sink hole in the new bench top and install a new sink and taps. I will pre-purchase all materials (the bench top, faucet, taps and sink). This is for labour only, however I will consult you before I purchase materials to ensure you can work with them. The bathroom is currently dated and this project is purely to update it. Note: Ideally I would like to convert my current taps and faucet into a mixer tap. I would also prefer an above counter sink, but unsure if this is possible. Have some water leaking issue again lately. If it’s the same issue as last time, it should be the washers in taps are worn out. Looking for experienced person to help out.

Lately we have a issue with hot water, it started from shower water goes hot and cold alternatively, to we have to turn the hot water full on and just leave a little bit of cold water, to now even if we don’t turn any cold water on we can only get warm but not hot water. We have observed other phenomenons: - water pressure is normal at some spot (kitchen, outdoor) but small at some other spot (bathroom) - it seems where water pressure is normal the hot water is working normal, where water pressure is small we can’t get hot enough water even if not turning cold water on at all We are unsure if it’s a water pipe issue, water pressure issue or a hot water system issue, so looking for an experienced plumber just to come and diagnose with potential remediation work.
