Shower leak/loose handle and other minor fixes

Shower head leakage Replace reseating both bathrooms Replace from backside of the bathrooms due to tiles Gyprock put it back and filling after reseating

Need to add a mixer tap to two of my bathrooms

unblock drains . .toilet is the worse. starting shower drain now ..

There’s a water patch (it’s wet) in my master bedroom right at the bottom of the wall that’s adjoining the ensuite bathroom. The bath is also next to it. I got a plumber to come and have a look. He checked the water pressure and put some sealing onto the shower knobs but it’s still leaking somehow. I need someone to come fix it.

I need a plumber to help increase the height of my front drainage. It is currently lower than the sand fill. hence sand going in the drain.

Summary: Fix things so I can have a bath tonight or ASAP please! Just moved in to a place in Andrews Farm that used to rent out. I don’t know how the tenant did not complain. These things need fixing! PLEASE ONLY MAKE AN OFFER IF YOU CAN DO ALL OF THESE TASKS. I have put a $ amount in because AirTasker requires it, I am a Tradie myself & I am not lowballing the price you tell me what it costs. I need someone to: ## 1 Turn the temperature up. ASAP. My hot water is barely hot it’s frustrating AF & I’m needing to go somewhere else to shower ##2 Fix the dismal water pressure to the shower & bath I don’t care how you do it & the rest of the house I don’t care. But I can’t shower or bathe here until you help! ##3 Supply & install one of those handheld shower things to replace the pictured one. I have seen boyfriends do it at every new place we lived in - happy to pay for the part and you just install, happy to pay for you to supply and install if that’s how you prefer to operate. Budget for the shower hardware is $200 max ##4 Fix the bath drain so it holds water see pictures ##5 Replace the mixer tap in the kitchen or make it better whatever needs doing its shizenhausen too. ## 6 Silicone where it needs it around the shower and bath edges etc thanks see pictures

Shower tap keeps dripping water.
