From meter to house main pipe was broken. Broken pipe is fixed with connector from then water pressure is low.

Now I don't know exactly what is wrong with this toilet but my dad believes he needs the FLUSH outlet valve (pink part) replaced in his old SINGLE flush Caroma toilet. He doesn't want dual flush. He just wants to fix his cistern. He has been in touch with multiple plumbers with no answers. Yes these toilets are discontinued therefore parts are not available but there must be an alternative solution/part?? My dad is an old fashioned simple man. He doesn't need fancy new things. He just wants a functional toilet! I need a knowledgeable senior plumber who can think outside the box who's familiar with the older 70's 80's toilets.
