Suspected worn washer. • Leak under kitchen sink – water is pooling inside the cupboard beneath the sink and eventually leaking out. Source needs to be identified and repaired. • Toilet cistern – continuously leaking into the toilet bowl. Suspected worn outlet valve seal. Caroma 230 Series. Budget: up to $150 for labour for all three jobs. I’m happy to purchase any replacement parts required once you’ve identified what is needed.
