I need ground floor of the house painted and some 3 to 4 plaster cracks fixed, paint need to be matched with the current paint of the house. So ground floor walls and ceiling, and stairs and stairs ceiling.

Hi I need repairs to my ceiling caused by a leak in the roof. I’ve taken a photo but it may be hard to see. There are two main areas both are roughly 3 cms x 30 cms that will need to be plastered and sanded and there is a patch that is just stained and needs to be painted. The leak has already been fixed so no issues there. I have the matching paint but it’s probably not enough hence you’ll need to match it. 1 litre should do the entire job easily. I can pay for the paint separately if u can supply it, let me know how much it’ll cost.

Repair plaster hole in home.

I have a few tiles in the shower that need regrouting. Water is seeping through it and leaking out the back of the wall into the carpet. Also need a couple of plasterboard holes fixed and towel/toilet roles fitted onto them Pics attached
