3 small holes about the size of a 20 cent piece. About 12 cracks, mainly on walls but several on ceiling. A number of cornice cracks and gaps to be repaired. Several exposed ceiling fasteners. Several chips. All need to be repaired, and sanded. No painting required. Photos are close ups. I’d estimate about 4 - 6 hours work for an experienced plasterer, l’m happy to agree an hourly rate for longer or additional works. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 13 November 2023
