Hi, I need help prepping my walls for painting - the walls and ceilings have already been stripped and holes have been filled. I just need someone to either plaster over the top or skim them so they are even and ready to paint on. The house is 70sqm.

I have installed a ventilation fan in the bathroom wall where an old plaster vent used to be. The surrounding plaster was fragile and unexpectedly crumbled away exposing brick and large gaps in the mortar/plaster around the ventilation fan that resembles sand. I'm looking for someone to complete the overall finish by applying new plaster/mortar to fill gaps to a smooth finish ready to be painted. the ventilation fan is already connected to mains and attaches to ducting and screws into place convering most of the area..
