I'm looking for an experienced and skilled painter to plaster/patch/sand and then paint multiple cracks and patches in a 2 bedroom townhouse. The cracks are small but there are quite a few of them - maybe 10 - 15 small cracks (see photos for examples) and then another 6-8 areas that require painting over (where water damage has occured but the plaster isn't damaged). I would say the job would be half a day patching and then another half day-full day painting over. We will need to match the wall and ceiling paint to existing but this will be paid separately and reimbursed on receipt (if that's ok with you)

Looking for a qualified carpenter + plasterer for the following task: This window is in a walk-in robe on the upper floor of a double storey home (timber frame, brick veneer). The window needs to be covered as I will be getting floor to ceiling wardrobes installed on 3 walls of this room including the one with the window. The task is to remove the existing internal architrave around the window and then install a timber frame to allow anchoring the wardrobes to the wall. Lastly, plasterboard should be installed to cover the frame and it should sit flush with the existing plasterboard. Painting is not required. Before the job, I will be installing a dark mirror tint on the window, so that the internals aren't visible from outside the home. Dimensions: Internal: 1750mm H X 1170mm W Including architrave: 1900mm H X 1310mm W I have a new 2.4m length of 70mm X 45mm treated pine timber, and it can be used for the frame if suitable.
