Need someone to repair small plaster damage and reattach a toilet roll holder to bathroom wall. The toilet roll holder fell off and took some plaster with it. Another toilet roll holder is starting to get loose, and so hopefully can be secured to the wall too

Need painting of ceiling at one bedroom and one fix some plastering and painting at hallway We do not provide paint and roller or any tools and material required. Size: 3.5*4.4 for bedroom and 2.2*1.5 for hallway (See red circle on floorplan) We had previously paid another guy to do the plastering and painting work but not up to standard So we can’t afford more than this budget anymore.

I have 3 air vent holes in the ceiling, roughly 40cm x 40cm that need to be filled/plastered, a 15 x 10 cm hole in wall that needs plastering (replacing where controller was) 340 cm x 15 cm section of roof where wall once was that has cracked and needs replacing.
