Need someone to do some plaster repairs to a ceiling in the laundry and bathroom which has had some water damage. Laundry area is approx 500x500, will need an area of plasterboard cut out, filled in, replastered, sanded and repainted to match. See photos. Bathroom area could possibly be repaired around the downlight cutout and repaired and repainted in the ceiling. Plug in existing downlight which has been unplugged. See photos. Plasterer needed for a cbd unit to replace plaster boards in the backsplash area. Plasterboard thickness needs to be 13mm which comes over insulation in the photo where the backsplash tiles will go. Filling and patching 2 ceiling holes in the kitchen area. Please see photos. Plastering/filling the gap in the bathroom where the shower base was removed. It’s a small gap along the bottom wall. There are also around 10 small holes, 5 cm in diameter, that need to be filled/patched.

Plumber had to cut and remove plasterboard walls with tiling for bath replacement. Need plasterboard replaced and seams patched in readiness for new wall tiles to be installed. Three areas needing new plasterboard - 1500mm(h) x 850mm(w), 1500mm(h) x 800mm(w), 1500mm(h) x 1900mm(w).

Cabinet and wall modifications are required in two places to ensure better access to already installed water heaters in the wall cavity. First picture (heater sitting behind the cupboard) scope includes widening sideways and at the top and installing a mesh/ trap door. The second picture scope includes creating an opening above the heater to inspect flu connection and installing a trap door.
