Repair hole in plasterboard ceiling approx 1500mm x 700mm. Existing appears to be 2 layers of 13mm fire rated plasterboard. The existing hole was cut in to investigate a roof leak. The hole may need to be cut larger to square up for repair. Will require Square set cornice at wall junction and stopped up and sanded ready for paint.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help with plasterboard repairs after our kitchen demolition. The new kitchen cabinets and stone splashback will be installed later, so most of the repaired areas will be covered and do not need a full paint-ready finish. For the window side and the rangehood / cooktop wall, we mainly need the plasterboard to be: * securely installed / patched * flat and stable * suitable for cabinet installation * suitable as a substrate for stone splashback No painting is required for these covered areas. The only visible area that needs to be finished ready for painting is the strip near the fridge area, approximately 100mm wide x 867mm long. Could you please quote based on this scope: basic secure and flat finish for the areas covered by cabinets/splashback, and paint-ready finish only for the visible fridge strip?
