Three areas of ceiling with water damage, one potentially including a section of cornice to be patched following storm water damage. Thanks for responses to date. After further advice we are delaying the ceiling work until we get confirmation the roof repairs are permanent. This may take a few weeks, and I'll reactivate this when completed.

Plaster 17 medium sized holes (approx 10cm diameter)and 22 minor holes (approx 1cm diameter) in ceiling and walls of house. No painting required. Task required is plastering and please clean up after yourself. These are holes created by the removal of light fittings and electrical cords. We need plasterboard on the wall highlighted in yellow. Currently the basement wall and stair side wall are brick. We want to cover it. There is a side door in rumpus, which we want to enclose and cover with plasterboard across the wall. We need to enclose the wall next to shower in ensuite (currently has door), and a new wall next to the bathroom ground floor, in studio basement, and for theatre (half of the garage). We want the theatre to have bulkhead around its ceiling to cover up some pipes. We also want to have fireplace and tv and cabinet in the rumpus like in the photo.
