We need plasterboard on the wall highlighted in yellow. Currently the basement wall and stair side wall are brick. We want to cover it. There is a side door in rumpus, which we want to enclose and cover with plasterboard across the wall. We need to enclose the wall next to shower in ensuite (currently has door), and a new wall next to the bathroom ground floor, in studio basement, and for theatre (half of the garage). We want the theatre to have bulkhead around its ceiling to cover up some pipes. We also want to have fireplace and tv and cabinet in the rumpus like in the photo. We need new ceiling for the ensuite and the bathroom. There are piping in the powder basement that we want to cover with plaster. - Due date: Before Monday, 31 October 2022

Hello folks, I have a storage room (basement - no stairs) that doesn't have a ceiling. Pink bats and celing joists are there (for first floor), but no drywall, ceiling plaster is there. There are two HVAC pipes that would need to be boxed in... but I am hoping to use the room for children, so thinking i'd put a new roof in and box in the pipes where possible (to be nice and neat). I have a few images uploaded to the task. I also have a 30 second movie - but not sure i can upload. The Pipe itself (if lookng at the first image) is an L-shape starting from the room entrance to the back left of the room. the pipe then goes thru wall back left and carries across the back of the room to the back right. The second picture is me facing the door entrance showing the HVAC pipe. The room itself has brick walls and is 3.8m x 3.1m approx. - Due date: Flexible

Fill / patch hole and paint to finish. I do not have the right paint. Paint matching required. Hole is 12cm long, 7.5cm wide, 1.5cm deep.

One days job plastering: - Hang cornice on one side of a 4m wall (cornice provided and timber pelmet is in place and ready for plaster). Requires 2 x miter of corners. - patch a number of small wall holes (about 10) - patch a 60cm section of plaster wall - patch a 50cm section of plaster wall - patch three small ceiling holes - patch a 15cm section in ceiling I can provide plaster board, but you will need your own adhesives and fillers. Some of the larger holes may need an internal timber support installed.

Fix plaster wall large hole approx 50cm x 20 cm. No paint needed just repair asap.

The bedroom is 4.6 L 2.7 W 2.4 H. Drywall installed but needs patches and joints to be plastered and made ready for painting. Cornice needs to be installed as well. I have all materials and tools, i just need a plasterer to help me finish the job. I can provide labour help if needed.
