Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to inspect and repair a sagging garage ceiling. The plasterboard ceiling is sagging in the middle and around one corner, with some cracking, particularly in the corner area. It appears the plasterboard may have come away from some of the screws and/or adhesive where the sagging has occurred. I’m looking for someone to: - Inspect the damage and determine the best repair method. - Re-secure the existing plasterboard if possible. - Repair or putty any cracks neatly.

I need an experienced plasterer to complete several plaster repair and painting jobs around the house. Photos are attached. Scope of work 1. Bathroom ceiling repair There is a rectangular opening in the bathroom ceiling from a previous leak investigation. The leak has now been fixed. Approximate opening size: 120cm x 50cm. Required work: - Supply and install suitable bathroom plasterboard. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Avoid damaging existing pipework, wiring, exhaust fan and heat lamp. 2. Bathroom ceiling mould/staining There is a visible mould/staining mark on the bathroom ceiling. Required work: - Clean/treat the affected area. - Sand, prime and repaint entire ceiling 3. Gap near bathroom heat lamp There is a visible gap/hole near the bathroom heat lamp fitting. Required work: - Patch/reduce the visible opening so it can no longer be seen. 4. Three wall patch repairs There are three wall areas I previously patched myself, but the finish is rough/uneven. Required work: - Sand, prime and repaint 5. Two curtain rod repairs Two curtain rod brackets have come loose from the plaster wall. Required work: - Remove curtain rods/brackets. - Patch damaged plaster holes. - Sand, prime and repaint. - Reinstall both curtain rods securely using suitable fixings/anchors or studs where possible. Materials I will supply: - Primer - Paint Tasker to supply: - Plasterboard - Jointing tape/plaster compound - Screws, fixings and anchors - Sanding tools, drop sheets and any other required equipment

A section was cut out for plumbing work from ceiling. Need to replaster sand and fix it. Roughly 90cm by 100cm

Long story short, mum passed away house was neglected my dad still lives there however we are renovating the house to sell. Hi, I had a bit of a water leak and the plaster near the manhole or entry to the ceiling has cracked up and hanging a bit from one side I just want a patch work to be done. Don’t want to over spend and do the whole ceiling, as this is a business based in Pacific Werribee Mall and it is in kitchen area. No need to colour Match either,
