I need someone to paint my cinema/theatre room in a brand new home so the current paint condition is still new. Will need minimum 2 Coates and no need to paint the frames just the walls and ceiling. Colour would be black or a very dark grey. I would like a quote on both with paint and without paint.

Paint one side of the new timber fence in ebony color (I’ll supply paint. Have 20L fence paint ready with me). I assume 2-3 coats will be needed. Fence is 12.7m long and 1.9m heigh Spray paint, so you should Have the equipment for that. Job in Rosanna, ideally someone near by Photos attached. It’s a new fence. Flexible on dates, sunny day preferred. This weekend looks great. It can be finished in a day.

This job had been partially completed however due to time constraints and illness we haven’t been able to finish the job. Our skirting boards as well as the trim around our windows/door frames and the doors themselves need to be painted. It is only in our entrance hallway, living room and dining room that need to be completed. The doors have already been removed from hinges and sanded back. They just need to be primed with one coat of primer before painting. The skirting boards and trim will need to be lightly sanded back and coated with one coat of primer before painting also. All primer, paint, tape, rollers, paint trays sand paper & electric sander will be supplied and available for you to use. This needs to be completed by Thursday as we have custom blinds being installed on Friday. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and ideally a portfolio of prior painting work completed.

I need a paint job over picture rails following recent plaster work. This is over the picture rail only. Below is wallpaper. Entrance way is: 3m(length), 1.8m(width) and .9m(height) Bedroom is 4.2m (length), 3.6m (width) and .9m (height). Painting in the bedroom also needs to go over a built in wardrobe

Wall repair and paint - have the paint

We are completing a small bathroom renovation in yarraville, and are looking for a professional caulker to complete the following caulking work at the end of the reno: - Caulking floors to wall - Caulking ceiling to wall (tiles going all the way up to ceiling) - Caulking around toilet and wash basin - Caulking around laundry nook benchtop - Caulking around windows and doorway I think we will be looking to use Mapei white caulk, to match the white grout we are using. As a rough estimate, I think the lineal meters will be 40-50. The caulking work is planned to be completed last, which should be around Friday the 12th April.

Experienced people only please. Hoping to get certain floorboards replaced and stained to match due to water stains soaking in to timber. Attempted to fix with no luck. Also interested in quotes for floor sand and polish if needed but budget may not allow due to house being a rental which we are trying to fix. I will attach photos. 2 photos are stains with floorboards hoping to be replaced and matched. Yellow lines are all rooms which join and have timber floors.
