The ceiling has a patch of mould. The cause of the mould has been addressed, however that section of the ceiling needs to be cut out and -replastered. Please quote the cost of just cutting and re-plastering. If, after that is completed, you can paint over the plaster so that it matches closely enough (doesn’t need to be perfect), please advise of additional cost. Thanks!

After a search for a leak we found nothing except some left behind painters tape. The two manholes to search for signs of water damage have since been covered up and replastered. I now need to find a painter to sand the plaster down and repaint. I have a pot of paint but would like to know if I can get away with repainting just the area affected or if I need the whole ceiling redone. Ideally the job is completed asap but im flexible. My budget is based on whether it's a small vs larger area requiring work. Id appreciate some quotes! Furniture in home and will need to buy the paint for the ceiling

I’m moving out of my rental and need to fix 4 spots on walls! Spot 1 - has previously been plastered (by a professional), just needs sanding and painting. Approx 40cm by 20cm. Spot 2 - patch job done by me. May need replastering. Needs sanding and painting. Approx 10cm x 10cm. Spot 3 - removable hooks ripped paint off. Approx 5cm x 3cm. Needs just painting (I think). Spot 4 - removable hooks ripped pulled paint off again. 2 small pieces, 2cm x 2cm.

Reposting this job as I was unable to accept offers before. Looking for someone to apply two coats of dulux Weathershield to the wall in the phots. It’s 2.3m x 1.2. I don’t need the meter box painted, just the wall. It can be accessed anytime and there’s no rush for the job. Also no issue if you do the first coat and come back to do the second coat another time. I have the paint already.
