Cleaning shelving, walls and ceiling of closed-in verandah. Lifting heavy pots. Gardening jobs, I think it is around 4 hours of work. I'm looking to pay $30 per hour, so if it is more than 4 hours of work, the payment will be increased at rate of $30 per hour for each extra hour.

Patch up ceiling and patch paint

This is an old house that needs re-painting of the internal areas. Need to prepare walls and ceiling for re-painting. This will require sanding on wall and ceiling. Also need to apply primer base coat and then two coats of colour. Prefer Dulux brand paint. House is single storey, 3 bedroom, dining room and 1 bathroom. All rooms need re-painting. Apoligies for the limited photos, but these photos give you an idea on the work that is involved. I will have more photos available soon to give you more detailed conditions of the walls and ceiling. Please provide reasonable quotes estimate so that I can seriously consider doing the job. Of course I need a good quality work so no short cuts like mixing water in the paint and not properly preparing the surface. Thanks

We had a nanoleaf light on the walls and upon removal it also took some wall with it. We need these small patches to be patched up and looking good. There are a total of 9 little patches on the wall right next to each other for each nanoleaf. You will need to paint the section also.

I have two wholes in walls that need to be filled and covered. Needing them to done asap.

I have a wall, approx 3 x 2m that has plaster that has cracked and fallen off and as such need to have it replastered. Wall is back to bare brick. Plaster will need to be a lime mix as it’s an old house and subject to movement/cracking. No painting required. On a budget so if there’s a significant price difference between doing base and top or just base, I really just need the base layer done so it’s level, I’m able to do top coat. Looking to see how much such a job would cost. If you’re able to do this job please provide a quote for just base coat and also one for base and top coat. Thank you!

We have built a new wall with door (approx 3600 long) and added a door and surrounds to another area of the house and moved a light switch. (Photos don’t have architraves but the handyman is about to add them now) We need someone to patch where the light switch was, and paint both doors and the wall (you can see we made a new corner and this area needs painting too) Happy to pay labour plus materials separately. This is a temporary wall which will be removed in 3 years. We want a good job but does not need to be “perfect”. Priority on getting it done asap. We would love the undercoat on today if that worked (then you can colour match for the paint). I have 3 or 4 walls that have scuffs or areas with paint removed. There are small command hooks that need to be removed also, as I havent been able to get them free from the walls.
