I’m getting a hybrid floor in March, so need some areas painted/freshened up by mid February in preparation for the floor update. Had a painter booked, but unfortunately his team were affected by COVID and he can’t fit this smaller job in the impacted schedule anymore. Most of the furniture is moved to the middle of the rooms to get started. No ceilings, side skirts or architraves needed, just walls and the stair case railings. Internal walls: There’s some nicks in the walls from furniture moves, so need them patched/sanded in areas then primed prior to painting for a nice finish. Rooms to paint are Foyer, stair case walls, lounge, dining, 2x bedrooms. (Map provided in pics with the walls marked in red, the blue crosses mean those spaces don’t need doing like garage, kitchen, main bedroom). There’s an area on the 2nd staircase which goes quite high about 3.5-4m from ground, so will definitely need a quality ladder system to reach up there. Stair case rails: Currently they’re stained wood. Need them sanded back and painted with gloss off-white. The ballistratings will stay matte black. There are 2x hand rails which go along the walls. They’re already removed for easy painting. Need paint colour matched to existing walls. Previous quotes included undercoating the patched areas, 2x coats on walls. Then sanding, prep, stain blocker on stairs. Open to quotes with or without paint included. I don’t mind buying the paint separately - or you can colour match - just be clear in your offer of inclusions/exclusions. Happy to organise a time to inspect if you’d rather check it out in person.
