Find an experienced local painter in St Leonards

We are looking for a painter to do preparation and painting for our 1 bed + study apartment in St Leonards (approx 55-60m2). We are replacing the floors and skirting boards, so we looking for a painter to do: * Prep and paint walls and ceilings (including any damage from skirting board removal) * Final fill and paint for skirting boards * Supply of paint (colour TBA) The walls are rendered concrete and are generally in good condition. There are a few small holes left from picture hooks etc which we would like repaired. Final work for floor installation will occur on the 24th April, so we would want the painting to be done as soon after as possible. The apartment is currently tenanted, so I'm unable to supply photos at the moment. We will have access from next week, we can take more detailed photos of any notable damage and also finalise colour. Apartment will be unoccupied, but might have some large pieces of furniture (Couch, bed, dining table) Thank you, Brendan

Concrete floor is sealed but has some paint spots and is a bit dirty. Needs to be deep-cleaned. Glass needs to be cleaned inside and outside before signage applied.

I need a patch on the wall fixed up. A hook was on the wall and pulled the paint off with it when it fell off. I have the matching paint however it is still very obvious at the current moment
