Small bathroom + toilet needing painting white. I have done a few base coats myself but am looking for an even professional finish. I have some remaining paint that I have used so colour matching shouldn't be an issue. One of the walls does have 4x small holes (~50-cent piece sized) in it from a previous cabinet which I have filled with gyrock but will need a sand. I have attached pictures for your reference. The toilet roof has had a base coat painted since these picture were taken. I am flexible with timing and happy to have someone come out and have a look at the project before accepting. I am looking for someone to come and paint & patch very minor wall damage from peeling hooks before I exit my rental. There are 5 small patches to repair (all in the photos), but I will also need someone to match the paint as I don't have any. Need a quote on painting a 2 bedroom unit internal only, approx 75m2. Ceiling is rough, I think it is spray concrete .Need to be flexible on viewing the unit as there is currently a tenant.

Have a large outdoor deck shown in photos. Job to clean and oil the deck. I can provide the materials. There are 5 deck boards (one is 1.8m and four are 1.2 m in length) which need to be replaced with new ones. I have already bought the new deck boards, just need installation before starting the deck oiling. Total about 40 sq metres of cleaning and oiling.
