2 bedroom apartment. Whole apartment needs painting. No furniture as is empty. Two bedrooms, hall way, linen press,living, kitchen, and laundry. Expect: Two coats, includes wooden bedroom doors and linen press woodwork. Does not include ceiling as that’s the old vermiculite ceiling. Available Saturday morning 9:00am or Tuesday evening 6pm to open up and make available for quotes if need to see scope of works. Can meet you there for key drop off and pick up.
