As per attachment Area 38.5 mtrs Coving 25 mtrs

The entire room is about 2.5x3m. One section of the ceiling has peeling paint (no structural issue) but it appears when the last owners repaired it they didn't use a primer. I only want a quarter of the ceiling painted.

I have a ground floor apartment in Maylands that needs painting (interior only).
