Find an experienced local painter in Lalor

I’m looking for local painter to paint 3 bedroom house in Lalor. House is vacant and we will sanding off the floor later on once paint work is done. 3 bedroom house, one lounge and kitchen (plan attached). Looking to do 2 coat. Internal only including walls and ceiling. Open to offers.

Just need to smaller walls painted.

Double story house (old) Patch up all holes in ceiling and door frames (approx 7 holes in ceiling and 5 on door frames) from old light switches. (Installed downlights 2 weeks ago), sand and paint.

Need the ceiling re gib, insulated and plastered. I have the jib boards and insulation ready. Approx. 5x3m ceiling.

Need a arch plastered to close it and make it a wall Need it pained also, I can buy paint for you if you’d like, rest all Material to be included in your offer
