Hello, I have my property that requires to be painted. The house has 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms of which both have tiles on the walls so only the ceiling is required to be painted and two main area of which is a living/dining area and the other is a kitchen area. The whole house been covered including being taped so it’s ready to be painted right away. Skirting, architraves & cornices will not be required to be painted as they have been painted. Toilet and laundry ceiling have also been completed. Ceiling can be done using one coat and the walls will require two coats. Ceiling in the front entrance of door, living/dining & kitchen area are 3m ceilings. The rest of the house is the ordinary size. I have attached photos however no furniture is in the house.
