Find an experienced local painter in Indooroopilly

There are a bunch of paint drops on the tiles near our gate. Tiles are a concrete type tile. The paint drips are months old. They did not come off with gurneying. Job is to remove the paint drops. Without leaving some other kind of mark on the tiles that looks just as bad. The general darkness on the tiles is not paint and removing that is not part of the job.

We have damaged to the render in a second story window frame. Looking for a Renderer to patch this. Given its next to the window it may be possible for the job to be done from inside the house. Looking for someone who will do a decent job / good finish and will take appropriate safety precautions given the height of the work. Do not need the render work painted afterwards. Need someone who won't make a mess while doing the job especially if doing it from inside the house.

We need patching of some small holes in gyprock, then painting of those spots. We do not want full walls repainted, just around the actual spot. For three of the holes (all in garage) we know the paint colour and the existing paintwork is relatively new. For the other two (inside house) they will need paint matching but are also not in highly visible places. We also need painting of some newly installed built in cupboards / doors. Looking for a tidy job and someone who won't make a mess.

I’m preparing this house for sale and the inside needs to be repainted. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home and ideally the whole interior could be repainted, including the hallways, laundry and the kitchen and living area. Photos of most of the areas are attached. The property will be vacant from 28 April so I’m looking to have the job completed by 5 May.

I have 2 built in cupboards that need painting. One is a large built in, with timber laminate front and some laminate drawers inside. I have the special paint for over laminate. The second is a linen cupboard. It has already been painted on the front multiple times, so will need a really good sand. The dimensions are 400 w x 200 h (approx) And 200 w x 250 h (approx)

We need a meticulous clean of our internal ceiling, walls and fans (3). This includes cleaning the window frames, internal doors and removing dust/cleaning crevices and skirting boards. We have a 3 bedroom Queenslander, 2 bathrooms, a tv room and a kitchen/dining area. Job must be completed on Thursday (7th) or Friday (8th). Ideally Thursday.

Finish painting the ceiling under the house, paint will be provided. Approx 45m2 of ceiling, however just under half of it is done. Would like beams done as well as the sections under floorboards. - Due date: Before Sunday, 24 December 2023
