Paint front of terrace house in Bondi Junction. It’s just been pressure washed. Roof, parapet and top of awning has been painted. Prep- Needs a little bit of scraping and filling in. (Photos) Old veranda awning has some rust holes and they need to be patched somehow and painted on the underside. (Photos) Crack to be patched on front facing boundary wall. Front door and grille in black. French doors and windows and grilles in white. ( these have some bubbling paint that needs to be scraped back. ) 2 coats of dulux weather shield Surfmist. ( you buy it and I’ll reimburse. ) Budget is $1600

Hi, I need someone to chip away all broken render and paint that wall + perpendicular wall in a cream white colour using exterior paint.
