15 casements windows to be painted. Exterior only on highset house. Just wanted them sanded & painted. A few may need re-puttying. Im not looking for them to be restored, just want them protected from the elements.

I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house. Parts of pergola are also chipping so would be good to get that touched up as well. Not whole pergola, just affected parts mainly on the top of the timber frame. Please note I have Monument paint alressy but don’t have equipment. Tasker must be insured and also access to a ladder large enough for access. Any questions please let me know

Exterior Wall needs patching & painting. 3m x 4.8m wall - Wall prep; a number of small plug holes & minor cracking require patching beforehand. - We will supply the filler & the paint. - You would require sandpaper, brushes/rollers & dropsheets. - flexible with dates & timing but the sooner we can get this completed the better.

Just need someone to finish off this sanding that was half done. It’s nearly there just need the final finish to be done. Only 1 big join and a couple on the back. Can supply electric handheld sander. Honestly an hours work probably not even.
