The fencing has recently been replaced after a car accident. The concrete wall base of a portion of the fence has been replaced, and needs painting. In order to match colour across the fence, it would likely be necessary to paint the entire fence. However only the new portion of wall would need undercoats and weatherproofing etc - the rest of the wall could just be painted with an overcoat to ensure colour match with the new section.
