The job includes: 🌀 Living room walls skirting boards, picture rails, door frame, window frame and door) 🌀 Kitchen ceiling (including a small patch repair, just the patched area and window frame) 🌀 Hallway walls and ceiling (including skirting boards, picture rails, door frames and doors) 🌀 Bathroom ceiling (plus window frame, door frame and door) Details: We will supply the paint. Surfaces will need prep work (patching, sanding, undercoating as required). Must have your own brushes, rollers, and tools. Clean, professional finish expected (we’d prefer someone with experience in detailed work on trims, picture rails, and doors). Location: Earlwood, NSW Timing: Flexible, ideally in the next few weeks. I am getting my house ready for sale and need my garage door painted, bathroom ceilings painted and some holes filled and painted. Also the balcony needs patching up and any discolouration painted over. I have some paint for bathroom ceilings and walls but not for the garage or the balcony. I am happy to pay for that of course. We left some candles burning and it burned a wooden ornament and the smoke got into the walls . We want to return it so it looks normal , we think it just needs a thorough clean but the roof may need a repaint .
