Clean up of leaves and debris will be done in a seperate job before cleaning begins. Must be experienced and take care of the house, furniture and plants/pots. Outdoor timber deck needs clean and two coats of oil. It is a rectangular deck approx 9m wide and 3 meters deep. Where the deck joins the weather boards and the fence, I'd expect masking tape to be used to ensure no oil gets on the painted areas. I will supply the oil and materials.
