We’ve had a couple of small leaks in our strata unit (bathroom and guest room) and I’d like the ceilings painted white to cover up the water stains. Please see photos. I need a tough, sealed, wipe-clean surface that holds up to everyday use. The job: • Strip or sand back the old paint and prep the laminate properly with a bonding primer • Coat in a high-gloss, solid pink epoxy (pink, exact colour to be agreed), • About 5 metres of bench: an L-shaped run and a separate section under the side window • The sink and cooktop would stay in place, so careful masking is needed, with a fresh silicone seal around them at the end In your offer, please let me know what products you'd use, the total price, how long the job takes, and how long before the bench can be used again.
