Hello, My deck is approx 25 sqm with three steps up to small grass area and a sitting bench. All decking needs deck clean and oiling 2xcoat. The deck was last oiled about 3-4 years ago. Would need you to supply the cleaning products, utensils and the oil. Budget is purely for labour and I am happy to pay for the deck clean and oils separately. NB. Cabot's Aquadeck is the preferred oil. Also, for extra knowledge, the deck is prone to leaves falling from big trees above. - Due date: Needs to be completed by Thursday 5th January.

We need our hardwood deck preped, sanded and oiled. It is approx 40sqm. It has invisible screws which should make sanding easier, but there are some inbuilt lights that you’ll need to careful of. There is also one large step. It’s only a few years but we’ve used Feast Watson deck oil and it peels so bad that we’ve had redo every 6 months. We want to change to a better product.
