need help to finish some painting professional and correct plastering mistakes. The roof has been done except architrave near man hole which may need some no more gaps or builder bog and a small 1m2 area that needs redoing. The wall have has one or two coats but need to be painted so even colour/number of coats and sanding patching needs to be done where plastering errors have occurred - please see pics of examples. There are 2 bulk heads to be painted also The bathroom is square set so you need to have good cutting in skill. The door in the picture also need painting. It has had no paint applied as yet. Plus there are a couple of small scratches on 2 other doors including the bathroom There is some architrave that needs doing but this can be discussed as I understand this is more work If you are skilled I think it could easily be done in less than 1/2 day. The ceiling is About 12‘ x 20‘ and then continue down the hallway for about 30 feet… It’s above an open lounge room/dining room room/kitchen plus the hallway. It is a popcorn ceiling. Both the walls and the ceiling were painted about four years ago. The ceiling has a couple of tiny areas that have been repaired so the whole thing needs to be painted to make it fresh and consistent. There is no asbestos in the popcorn ceiling. It was tested when we bought the apartment.
