I'm in the process of giving my home a fresh new look by painting the walls in my living room, bedroom, and hallway. It would require an undercoat and two top coats and all the walls including the ceiling. I will soap down with soap wipes. I have all the paint and brushes.

Paint a balcony, prep has been done. Timber is pre-primed. 2-3 coats The beam that go to ground level won’t need painting just the balcony itself

My window paint is cracking and peeling off so the windows need to be sanded back and painted white. Paint supplied. 8 windows exterior, front door window and two bifold doors at the bottom.

I need some help to finish to sand an epoxy floor before to put in a clear coat. The light grinding has left some patches and I need help to sand them off. I am using a battery 125mm orbital grinder. I am looking for a crew of 4 (including myself) to apply self levelling epoxy on a 350 square metres warehouse. - 26 December: apply the primer - 27 December: apply the first coat - 28 December: apply the second coat The crew will need to: - mix the components with an electric drill - apply the epoxy on the floor using a squeegee - use a roller to even the epoxy - pass the spike roller to burst the air bubbles.
