MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION: Clarifying, I meant the whole 4 bedroom house so includes laundry, downstairs toilet, kitchen, family room, lounge/dining, home entrance as per the attached photos of house plans. The house - empty except for piano on castors, 1 x lounge, 1 x bed, 1 x dining table. Bathroom and Ensuite - all walls are tiled except for ceilings. Main bathroom flaky ceiling. Staircase has a high ceiling. Require all windows (frames) and 1 x WIR and 3 x BIR walls to be painted. (Empty) Please provide all labour, tools, prep materials (fillers, gap sealant, sandpaper, tape, plastics, drop sheets, rollers, brushes, extension poles, ladders.) Provide masking, light sand and spot-prime repairs and stains, caulk gaps to skirtings, frames, trims as needed. Clean up.

We have renovated our stair case and upstairs hallway. There are new skirting boards, doors and architraves installed. a small amount of gyprocking has been patched. for this quote we are looking for : - - 1 undercoat - 2 coats finish - any additional prep that is required - there are: - - 8 doors (both sides of door please) - 1 hallway - approx 6+ metres long - stair well with balustrade (this is existing but has been rubbed back to ) - 1 window - large bay window in stair well - ceiling paint will be supplied images attached - note skirting not yet installed and new doors still to be fitted please note - we areas are being renovated later in the year so not required - we would also be keen to know a price for the three bedrooms - skirting not being replaced and carpet in place
