I need a one bedroom unit painted with 2 coats. All in vivid white. Includes walls, entire ceiling throughout including bathroom. Door trims, skirting boards, study area and 5 doors (in gloss, this includes the rear of front door, 2 laundry doors, bedroom door and bathroom door. Also need some small holes filled where we have changed lights in the ceiling and walls, changed door knobs on laundry door, taken out a desk and replaced it and Gaps filled in the new skirting boards as needed. There is also an outdoor balcony area that needs painting and colour matched. See photos. Unit is small. Total floor area is 50sq metres, but that includes bathroom that is fully tiled and 2 walls in the kitchen that don’t need painting as the cabinetry is there. So surface area is most likely 40sq metres. This price includes labour only. I want to use Wattyl paint. You calculate how much I need and I can pay for it and you pick it up at your preferred store.
