Ceiling height is 2650. Most of ceiling has 2 coats of paint with some recent renovations meaning plaster patchwork was required on ceiling. Same with cornice. Most cornice 55mm, some 90mm in cove style.

Light sanding requires of hallway ceiling. Plasterwork completed for 10 holes so just sanding and ceiling painting required

A few small cracks up high on the walls, near cornices, need filling in, sand and paint. Front verandah and patch on back room wall needs sand back and paint.
