I've built a large cubby house for the kids but don't have time or a steady hand to paint it! It's quite intricate has windows a door tall pitched roof stairs guard rails sandbox and mud kitchen underneath! Although already painted in primer it still requires 2 coats of primer and 3 top coats in colour, my wife has chosen the paint she wants to use, different parts will be differnt colours so loads of masking etc just a matter of showing up and doing the job! Please note: it is large and we'll be looking at it everyday for years to come so a proper professional job is to be done, ie paint it like it's someone's home!!! We are fussy and want an outstanding result. The price in the add is a rough guess if your up to the job we can negotiate the fee accordingly!
